Hospitality shaped by the movement.

Sarah Ceti didn’t discover cannabis hospitality as a trend. Her work grew from years inside the cannabis movement—building businesses, opening doors for social-equity applicants, curating art and producing the kinds of gatherings where people feel welcomed, informed and connected.

The story behind the stay

From cannabis access to elevated hospitality.

For Sarah, the cannabis industry has always been about people: who gets access, who gets heard and how a room can make someone feel.

Her professional path spans cannabis consulting, licensing strategy, social-impact initiatives, art curation, fundraising and experiential event production. After 15 years in the San Francisco Bay Area and more than a decade working in cannabis, she brought that experience home to St. Louis and created Kalisto House—a historic, cannabis-friendly guesthouse centered on personal attention and responsible exploration.

Hospitality was already part of Sarah’s nature. Her Airbnb biography recalls keeping guest space everywhere she lived, including a furnished tipi in her Oakland backyard. Kalisto House turned that instinct into a destination.
